Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to Pomotask, including free features and paid Premium subscriptions.

1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Pomotask, you agree to these terms. Pomotask is operated by Epreset Ltd. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
3. Acceptable use
You may use Pomotask for lawful personal or business productivity. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, or use it to violate another person’s rights.
4. Premium subscriptions
Premium plans renew automatically monthly or yearly until cancelled. Prices and the billing interval are shown before checkout. Paddle acts as merchant of record and handles payment processing, applicable taxes, receipts, and billing support.
You can cancel or update payment details at any time from Premium active → Manage subscription. Cancellation stops future renewal; access normally continues through the paid billing period.
5. Changes to plans
We may change features or prices. Price changes apply to a future billing period after any notice required by law. We may introduce, modify, or discontinue free features as the product develops.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the task and project information you enter. You grant us the limited permission necessary to host, process, synchronize, and display that content to operate Pomotask.
7. Availability and warranties
Pomotask is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that it will meet every productivity need.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Epreset Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of Pomotask. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, threaten service security, or create legal risk. You may stop using Pomotask at any time; cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete your account.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Contact support@pomotask.io.
