Please include the email connected to your Pomotask account and a clear description of the issue. Never send passwords or full payment-card details.
Billing and subscriptions
For payment details, invoices, and cancellation, sign in and choose Premium active → Manage subscription. Paddle securely hosts the billing portal.
Privacy requests
Use the same support address for data access, correction, export, or deletion requests. Contact us from your registered account email so we can verify the request.
