This policy explains what information Pomotask collects, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

1. Who we are
Pomotask is operated by Epreset Ltd. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@pomotask.io.
2. Information we collect
- Account information, including your email address and authentication identifiers.
- Tasks, project names, timer settings, and focus-session history that you choose to store.
- Subscription status and Paddle customer, transaction, and subscription identifiers.
- Basic technical and security information necessary to operate and protect the service.
Pomotask does not receive or store your full payment-card details. Payments are processed by Paddle.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide account synchronization, save tasks and projects, generate focus reports, manage Premium access, process support requests, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Service providers
We use Supabase for authentication and application data, Paddle as merchant of record and payment provider, and hosting providers necessary to deliver Pomotask. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy obligations.
5. Retention and security
We retain account and service data while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for support, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal compliance. We use access controls and encryption in transit, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal information and to object to certain processing. Email us from your registered address to make a request. We may need to verify your identity.
7. International transfers and children
Our providers may process data in countries other than your own using appropriate safeguards. Pomotask is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as Pomotask develops. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
